Digital Marking Administrator

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, ensuring all vehicles are pictured on our website, and building posts on our social media. This role requires proficiency in social media systems, as well as a understanding of uploading pictures to our website and social media.

Duties

• Take pictures of inventory and upload them to our website.
• Create posts on our social media and manage all related aspects of the posts.
• Oversee the continued accuracy of our website pricing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage our website and ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and update our website and its performance to management team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members across various departments
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
