Senior Vice President, Water Services, Canada Burnaby

Lead the Water services division at AECOM as a Senior Vice President in a hybrid work model. This pivotal role integrates strategy, operations, and client engagement for sustained growth. As the Senior Vice President of Water in Canada, you will drive the performance and profitability of the Water business line.
You'll engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Focusing on strategic growth initiatives, you will represent AECOM in various industry settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Water team
- Accountable for P&L; and revenue growth across Canada
- Develop and implement targeted business strategies
- Ensure high-quality project execution and safety adherence
- Act as AECOM’s ambassador in industry forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 15+ years in A/E/C industry leadership
- 8+ years of operations management experience
- Exceptional communication abilities for public speaking
- Experience in regional growth and business collaboration
