Senior Water BIM Specialist with Stantec
Stantec
Transform water project delivery as a Senior BIM Integration Specialist with Stantec. This position, offered in a hybrid model, involves enhancing BIM processes and leading projects across North America. As part of the Water Delivery Center team, you’ll take charge of mentoring BIM Leads, coordinating software training, and ensuring that projects meet clear expectations. You’ll contribute to developing procedures for CAD/BIM project setups and championing emerging technologies within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and supervise other BIM and CAD team members
- Foster relationships with regional discipline leaders
- Participate in project evaluations and staff training
- Develop CAD/BIM and Digital Execution documentation
- Assist with troubleshooting and technical guidance
- Engineering Technology Diploma or Degree needed
- At least 15 years of experience with CAD/BIM software
- Familiarity with municipal water resource practices
- Proficient with MS Office and specialized CAD/BIM tools
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
