Patient Experience Manager

Royal City Physio is a busy physiotherapy clinic seeking a well-organized, reliable Patient Experience Manager to execute day-to-day operations, and track patient satisfaction and retention throughout the treatment plan. This position requires an energetic professional with impeccable customer service skills.

Hours/Week: 30

Wage: $22 to $26 per hour

Benefits: After probationary period

Reports to: Office Manager & Clinic Director

Location: Royal City Physio, 450 E Columbia St #101, New Westminster, V3L 3X5

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a positive experience for patients from their first point of contact throughout their entire treatment plan
• Development of systems to track client retention and experience
• Weekly and monthly analysis of business metrics and data
• On-boarding, training, supervision and evaluation of administrative staff
• Oversight of office communications
• Improve client retention rates through active communication and customer service
• Scheduling of part-time administrative staff
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere through leadership and workplace culture
• Adhering to all office policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma; additional qualifications such as Office Assistant Diploma considered an asset
• Excellent customer service skills and problem solving skills
• Experience as an administrative assistant or in office management considered an asset
• Possess strong organizational skills; excellent time management and prioritizing skills, strong attention to detail, ability to delegate efficiently
• Create files and maintain current information
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; verbal and written
• Proficiency with Jane Client Booking Software, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Slack, and Staff Schedule Software (When I Work) is desired
