Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
