In this position, you will lead EY’s strategic initiatives, working closely with engagement partners and pursuit teams to shape negotiations and build client relationships. Your expertise will be key in facilitating discussions and leveraging EY’s value proposition to secure high-value deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for clients during pursuits
- Mentor teams on complex deal negotiations
- Develop strategic messaging and competitive themes
- Coordinate pursuit planning and executive meetings
- Collaborate to finalize commercially viable deals
- 8-12 years of consulting or sales experience
- Experience with large, multi-service deals
- Deep knowledge of client engagement strategies
- History of working with senior corporate stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
