Elevate enterprise AI management as the AI Platform Architect at Definity. In this hybrid role, you'll design scalable AI solutions and oversee platform governance. Definity, the parent company of leading insurance brands in Canada, seeks an AI Platform Architect to lead their AI capabilities. You will collaborate with technology and business partners to create reusable AI platforms while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and responsible AI principles. Your expertise will facilitate multiple delivery teams in developing consistent and safe AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Define enterprise reference architecture for GenAI systems
- Establish AI architectural standards and patterns
- Collaborate with data and security leaders for platform capabilities
- Design GenAI systems with robust orchestration
- Evaluate and recommend frameworks and tooling like LangChain
- 10+ years in software engineering and AI/ML
- Experience with GCP or AWS and cloud-native architecture
- Hands-on expertise in platform lifecycle management
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
