Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager

On-site/ Remote/ Hybrid: Onsite/Hybrid (2 days a week in Office mandatory)

Location: Ottawa, ON (Stittsville)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $100K-$120K

Responsibilities:

• Financial management and governance - you'll support business decisions by developing financial reports, support the control of project finances, and ensure company compliance from a finance perspective


• Finance Business Partnering - you'll work with the wider Canadian cohort to support, cultivate and grow financial awareness and knowledge across the company and positively influence financial performance


• Continuous improvement - you'll take a continuous improvement approach to all aspects of finance.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years experience in a Finance based role


• 5+ years proven experience of Financial Management in a small-medium sized company, ideally within the manufacturing or defence industry


• Relevant professional accountancy qualification


• Strong IT skills including ERP systems, MS Office and reporting tools, and excellent communication 


• Qualify for Controlled Goods and Reliability Clearance in Canada
