We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team!
Job Summary
The Sales Consultant helps customers select the right vehicle for their needs and budget while guiding them through the purchasing and leasing process. As a product specialist, you will demonstrate vehicle features, explain available options, and collaborate with dealership departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Sales: Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Toyota vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and available services.
Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
Financing and Leasing: Explain financing options, lease agreements, warranty programs, and related products and services.
Lease Returns: Assist customers with lease returns and transitions into new vehicles.
Vehicle Deliveries: Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure customers understand their vehicle's features and operation.
Follow-Up: Maintain contact throughout the sales process and follow up to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Team Collaboration: Work with dealership departments to coordinate sales and vehicle deliveries efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
Successful candidates will possess:
A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is an asset.
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A goal-oriented mindset and the motivation to achieve sales targets.
A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
Valid Ontario motor vehicle sales registration through the applicable regulatory process.
