Our client, a government organization, is seeking a dedicated Oracle CX Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle CX Functional Consultant, you will be an integral part of the IT support team, contributing to innovative solutions and enhancing customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Duration: 12 Months + extension
What's the Job?
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Sales & Service Cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform functional and regression testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Manage environment refreshes, data migrations, and system upgrades efficiently.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for managing user stories, test cases, bugs, and tasks to streamline project workflows.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Functional Consultant in complex environments.
- At least 2+ years working with CRM systems, with expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts, Contacts, Service Requests, and Opportunities modules.
- Experience with Application/Page Composer, sandboxes, custom objects, fields, scripts, and relationships.
- Proficiency with environment management, data prep, and defect management processes.
