Johnson & Johnson Vision seeks a Territory Account Manager for Southwestern Ontario to promote ACUVUE® contact lenses to eye care professionals and retail outlets. The role involves managing a designated territory, executing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships while staying informed of market trends.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses to optometrists, opticians, ophthalmologists, and optical retailers
- Execute sales calls and manage assigned Southwestern Ontario territory including Kitchener, Waterloo, and Windsor Corridor
- Implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with yearly and quarterly organizational direction
- Monitor competitive activity and report findings to management
- Conduct professional product education sessions with key customer groups
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Healthcare discipline
- Minimum 3 years of business-to-business or healthcare sales experience
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record per company guidelines
- Strong sales track record and demonstrated knowledge of sales principles
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment with 40% travel
