Lead editorial strategy and organic search at Juniper Square, shaping how private markets see a category-defining financial technology company.As Senior Director, you will lead content and search, partnering with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales, and executives. You will build awareness, executive visibility, and pipeline across private markets, private equity, and private markets AI. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will guide managers and senior specialists while owning the function’s direction.Key Responsibilities:
Own editorial voice across flagship content, research, and customer storiesDrive organic search performance against clear targetsRun integrated content-led campaigns connected to pipelineTranslate company strategy into priorities, metrics, and resourcingDevelop managers and senior specialists through coaching and successionRequirements:
10+ years in B2B marketing with substantial content leadershipExperience hiring, structuring, and developing teamsEditorial excellence demonstrated through flagship content or thought leadershipExperience owning organic search strategy and measurable resultsPractical AI fluency configuring tools for marketing teamsBring editorial leadership, organic search expertise, and practical AI fluency to Juniper Square’s private markets marketing team.
