Cell Phone Technician and Sales

Job Responsibility:
DUTIES:
-Manage open and closing of store
-Cellphone repair
-Sales and resolve customer needs
-Process orders
-Purchasing
-Managing inventory
EXPERIENCE:- Familiarity with iOS, Android, and operating systems of mobile devices- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and provide basic technical support- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services- Familiarity with schematics and hand tools is a plus
SKILLS:
-Good communications skills
-Computer skills
-Flexible and adaptable
-Knowledgeable in various computer applications
-Easily trained and can work well under pressure
-Highly dependable
