Strategic HR Director, Electrical Sector Canada

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Human Resource Director for the Canada Division, based near Burlington, within a 50-mile radius. The role partners with PCS leadership to align HR programs with strategic objectives, driving unified initiatives, talent development, and a pay-for-performance culture.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years HR experience, and knowledge of local employment laws; Master’s/HR certification are preferred. Competitive compensation with benefits is offered.
