What your day will look like:

• Guide customers through the full buying journey with confidence, professionalism, and zero pressure

• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets

• Build relationships, follow up consistently, and turn leads and calls into appointments

• Own your CRM and keep your pipeline active, organized, and moving

• Know your inventory, vehicle features, financing options, promotions, and dealership services

• Deliver a 5-star customer experience from first contact through follow-up

• Conduct professional walk-arounds, road tests, and follow-up as trained

• Maintain accurate paperwork and respond promptly to every assigned lead

• Represent Comox Valley Toyota's standards with customers, teammates, and vendors

• Follow dealership policies and take on additional responsibilities as needed
