Vice President Engineering Quality Focus

In this role, you will lead critical engineering streams and create a robust quality assurance framework across our organization. Your hands-on technical leadership is vital in moving from manual processes to automation-first practices. Partner with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality banking software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Account Acquisition and Business Banking streams
• Develop high-performing engineering managers and teams
• Advocate for AI-assisted development across value streams
• Establish a comprehensive quality dashboard for transparency
• Implement effective release processes with QA involvement
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of engineering experience, 4+ in leadership roles
• Strong quality engineering and automation framework expertise
• Proven background in regulated environments like fintech
• Knowledge of multi-platform automation tools and standards
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication and accountability
