You're a seasoned Civil/Infrastructure Estimator with a history of building big things and you're ready for the next challenge: leading the charge for Ontario’s most exciting construction projects with a national General Contractor whose work spans from coast to coast.

On behalf of our client, an industry titan approaching a century of success, we're seeking a Chief Estimator to join their Toronto team and lead preconstruction excellence.

About You

• Self‑Starter: You take initiative and deliver results. You understand that the buck stops with you, and you thrive under that responsibility.
• Detail‑Oriented: You have a sharp eye and know that accuracy is everything in preconstruction.
• Proven Experience: You’ve led estimation efforts for complex infrastructure over $100M with a General Contractor. You are familiar with CM, IPD, PDB, and Design Build contracts.
• Excellent Communicator & Collaborator: You inspire your team, work cross‑functionally with confidence, and get energy from shared success.
• Driven Builder: You embrace challenges, love solving problems, and are relentlessly focused on quality, schedule, and profitability.
