Maîtrisez l’analyse technique et le service à la clientèle chez Desjardins, dans un poste temporaire de 10 mois nécessitant un anglais avancé.
Au sein de l’équipe Service à la clientèle, Courtage et Produits d’assurance-épargne, vous soutenez les réseaux de distribution pancanadiens. Vous réalisez des recherches spécialisées, analysez des données et contribuez aux solutions liées aux opérations. Votre expertise aide à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à améliorer les méthodes de travail.
Responsabilités clés :
- Fournir une expertise technique pour les projets complexes
- Effectuer des études, recherches et analyses spécialisées
- Rédiger des notes techniques pour les utilisateurs
- Soutenir l’application des normes et processus d’affaires
- Appuyer la mise en place de produits et outils
Exigences :
- Détenir un DEC technique dans une discipline appropriée
- Posséder au moins trois ans d’expérience pertinente
- Maîtriser le français et l’anglais avancé
- Démontrer une expertise en service à la clientèle
- Être disponible selon l’horaire de travail établi
