Wealth Operations Associate (New Grads Welcome - Hybrid DT Toronto)

Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is hiring a Wealth Operations Associate to support back-office processing within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with documentation, and able to meet daily productivity targets within strict service-level timelines.

This is a non-customer-facing role focused on processing transactions, reviewing account documentation, managing tickets, and supporting internal business teams. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client account information, documentation, and transaction details for accuracy and completeness
• Process service requests, transactions, account updates, and operational tasks within required timelines
• Work through a ticketing system to manage daily assigned requests and action items
• Audit files, enter data, update internal systems, and track incoming requests
• Review estate, legal, and account-related documentation as required
• Ensure all tasks are completed in line with internal policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
• Identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and escalate when needed
• Communicate with internal teams through email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Support internal business groups by providing accurate updates and responses to operational inquiries
• Maintain strong attention to detail while handling a high volume of daily processing work
• Assist with reporting, tracking, and organizing operational data when required
• Support process improvements and help maintain accurate, efficient workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a role that required operational duties (Can be an internship, part time job, or full time job)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of everyday computer systems and software (Microsoft Office, Teams, Etc.)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toronto, ON.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
