The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced and passionate Head Chefs to lead kitchens across our collection of iconic Whistler venues.
Whether it's a lively après-ski destination, a neighbourhood favourite, or a high-volume restaurant, our kitchens are fast-paced, guest-focused, and built on teamwork. As a Head Chef, you'll lead your team, drive culinary excellence, and play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences.

Wage and Perks
- $70,000–$90,000 annual salary, based on experience

What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to excellence in both food and teamwork
- Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
- Experience with inventory, POS, and kitchen management systems
- Red Seal certification (or equivalent) is an asset, but not required
- A passion for delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences
Your Days Will Look Like
- Oversee daily kitchen operations across service periods and special events
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Create seasonal, guest-focused menus using fresh, local ingredients
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage food and labour costs while maintaining operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house and leadership teams
- Lead by example—this is a hands-on role where you'll jump on the line when needed
