GardaWorld is hosting a Job Fair Hiring Event in Corner Brook,NL to recruit
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Security Guards as well as Loss Prevention Officers.
This is your opportunity to meet our recruitment team, learn about available positions, and apply directly for flexible security roles in your area.
We are seeking motivated individuals who are adaptable, professional, and ready to take on different assignments where no two days are the same.
As a Security Guard, your duties may vary depending on the site and assignment, including customer service, patrols, access control, surveillance, and incident response.

Responsibilities For Security Guard
- Monitor premises to maintain safety and security
- Conduct regular patrols and report suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identification
- Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or alarms
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety
- Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports
- Coordinate with emergency services when required
Qualifications For Security Guard
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (required)
- First Aid certification considered an asset
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments
- Professional attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
