Salesforce QA Test Lead, Hybrid Work

Become a Salesforce QA Test Lead, responsible for ensuring Salesforce solution quality in a hybrid work environment. Your leadership will secure that applications function correctly before launch. In this role, you will lead the testing team for Salesforce projects for a duration of 12 months, focusing on planning and managing testing activities. You'll grasp business needs, create comprehensive test cases, and review them alongside all stakeholders. Effectively track defects and provide status updates to keep the project on schedule. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce testing team for successful project execution
- Plan and manage detailed testing activities and timelines
- Review and refine test cases for quality assurance
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout the process
- Monitor defects and ensure timely resolutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Proficient in manual and automation testing methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication competencies
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Hybrid model: 2 days per week on-site
