• Experience with Dynamics 365<\/b> , Microsoft Power Platform <\/b> , and Azure <\/b> solution design.

• Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability <\/b> , integration, and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies <\/b> .

• Working knowledge of both low‑code development <\/b> and custom development <\/b> on Dynamics 365.

• Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Experience <\/b> (case management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace configuration).

• Experience with Azure SQL <\/b> , DevOps <\/b> , CI\/CD pipelines <\/b> , etc.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies <\/b> .

    • Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace <\/b> , Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.
      <\/li>
      
      
    • Experience with custom Web API development <\/b> , ASP.NET <\/b> , .NET Core <\/b> , Entity Framework <\/b> , Azure SQL <\/b> , DevOps <\/b> , CI\/CD pipelines <\/b> , etc.
      <\/li>
      
      
    • Proficiency in cloud service models: SaaS <\/b> , PaaS <\/b> , and IaaS <\/b> .
      <\/li>
      
      
    • Certifications in Dynamics 365<\/b> and Azure <\/b> are preferred.
      <\/li>
