Silverline Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly competent, hands-on Site Superintendent to lead commercial, agricultural, and industrial projects. We specialize primarily in steel buildings, along with renovations and new builds. Please note: This is not an office position. You will be a "working superintendent," expected to work on-site alongside the crew while coordinating daily operations, driving project completion, and enforcing strict safety standards. This job is located in Swift Current, SK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and work directly alongside the crew to execute construction tasks according to blueprints and project plans.
• Coordinate schedules, monitor attendance, and allocate daily responsibilities to workers and sub-trades.
• Guarantee all safety precautions (OSH guidelines) and quality standards are strictly met.
• Supervise the safe operation of site machinery and equipment.
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure operations remain within budget.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and report progress effectively to management and engineers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Journeyperson Carpenter Certificate of Qualification is strictly required.
• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Superintendent with extensive Canadian-based construction experience.
• Strong ability to accurately read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, OSH safety guidelines, and basic electrical/hydraulic systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and on-the-fly problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor alongside the field crew.
