Lead complex digital and AI programs at Konrad as a strategic Program Manager, guiding cross-functional teams from discovery through successful delivery.This Senior Specialist, Digital role focuses on strategic leadership across client engagements. You will manage portfolios, budgets, resources, scope, and risks across multiple workstreams. The work connects client business goals with Strategy, UX Design, and Technology teams.Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex digital and AI programs across multiple workstreamsOwn roadmaps, resourcing, financial oversight, and scope managementAlign senior stakeholders with client business objectivesFacilitate executive steering committees and strategic discovery workshopsDevelop mitigation strategies for systemic program risksRequirements:
Minimum five years of project or program management experienceExperience managing large-scale cross-functional digital programsMastery of project and portfolio management methodologiesExecutive communication and stakeholder management track recordPassion for digital transformation, user experience, and AIBring strategic program leadership, portfolio management, and AI expertise to Konrad’s digital consulting engagements and client delivery teams.
