Director of Credit Risk with Team Leadership in Quebec

- Lead a team of credit adjudicators and officers
- Monitor and maintain portfolio credit quality
- Adjudicate credit requests and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with Banking teams on credit proposals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Minimum of 10 years in financial analysis or credit adjudication
- Post-secondary education in business, Master’s preferred
- Deep knowledge of commercial banking policies
- Strong bilingual communication skills
- Proven leadership in a credit risk environment
