We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialized IT Consultant to lead the technical design, configuration, integration, and enhancement of enterprise-grade cloud case management solutions. In this role, you will architect, configure, and sustain complex systems built on the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem—including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure Cloud Services. Working closely with cross-functional technical teams, you will develop secure REST APIs for bidirectional data exchange, build custom integrations, engineer reporting dashboards, and ensure strict compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and digital accessibility standards.

Location: Toronto, ON (Fully Onsite – 5 days/week required)

Responsibilities
Technical Solution Architecture & Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of cloud-based case management systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

API Development & System Integration: Design, build, and deploy secure inbound and outbound APIs, Logic Apps, and Azure Function Apps to enable seamless data synchronization between core case management systems and partner platforms.

Azure Cloud & Storage Solutions: Design, configure, and integrate Azure Attachment Storage with Dynamics 365, managing cloud compute, key storage, and API gateways across Microsoft Azure services.

Security & Access Control Governance: Implement role-based data access controls (RBAC), user profile management, authentication/authorization integrations, and end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) provider solutions.

Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build, maintain, and optimize analytical dashboards and operational reports using Power BI to provide real-time data visibility.

Documentation & Technical Design: Analyze business requirements to produce comprehensive functional design documents (FDD) and technical design documents (TDD).

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all developed solution components strictly comply with digital accessibility standards (such as AODA), enterprise security directives, and design guidelines.

Deployment & Knowledge Transfer: Develop application packaging, migration strategies, and deployment pipelines across cloud environments while delivering knowledge transfer sessions to internal technical teams.

Qualifications
Solutions Development Seniority: 8+ years of technical hands-on experience designing, configuring, and implementing enterprise software solutions (Strictly Required).

Microsoft Cloud Stack Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Azure Services, Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, Azure KeyVault, and Azure API Management (Strictly Required).

Cloud Case Management Architecture: Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing cloud-based case management systems, including user access management, role-based access control (RBAC), and document management (Strictly Required).

Azure Integrations & Attachments: Practical experience designing and integrating Azure Attachment Storage with MS Dynamics 365, alongside developing Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps (Strictly Required).

Analytics & Reporting: Proven hands-on experience designing and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI (Strictly Required).

IAM & Security Integration: Experience with end-to-end integration of third-party or enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) providers, security, authentication, and encryption protocols (Strictly Required).

Accessibility Compliance: Practical knowledge and experience implementing digital accessibility testing and compliance standards (such as AODA) (Strictly Required).
