Part-Time Family Assistant / Mother’s Helper

We’re looking for a kind, dependable, and proactive Family Assistant/Mother’s Helper to support our growing family! We have an almost 5-year-old who will be returning to school this fall, a new baby arriving in September, and a very friendly dog. I work from home and am looking for someone who can help with the day-to-day household tasks so I can be more present and engaged with my children. This is not a traditional nanny position. I’ll usually be home and very involved with my kids. I’m simply looking for an extra set of hands to help keep our household running smoothly. Responsibilities may include:

• School pick-up
• Taking our older child to the park or activities
• Helping with the baby while I’m home
• Light housekeeping and tidying
• Laundry
• Meal prep
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Household organization
• Occasional dog care

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, primarily weekday afternoons/early evenings. Some flexibility with scheduling is appreciated. Beginning in the new year, I’ll be returning to work from home part-time (2 days/week), so the schedule may include some daytime hours on those days. We’re hoping to find someone interested in growing with our family and building a long-term relationship. Bonus (not required):

• Willingness to travel with our family 1–2 times per year.
• Occasional evening babysitting if interested.
