Job Title: SAP Transportation Management (TM) Functional Expert – S/4HANA

Contract Duration: 5 months with possible renewal

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP TM Functional Expert , specialized in S/4HANA , to contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of advanced transportation management solutions. This strategic role covers the end-to-end management of transportation and logistics processes, ensuring that business requirements are successfully translated into robust and efficient SAP solutions.

This mandate offers the opportunity to work in an international, dynamic, and demanding environment , at the core of complex projects, with a high degree of autonomy and strong potential for impact.

  More than 10 years of relevant SAP TM experience , including LBN (Logistics Business Network) .



• 
  

  Strong expertise in SAP TM embedded in S/4HANA .



• 
  

  Hands-on experience in order management, planning, execution, tendering, freight cost calculation, and settlement .



• 
  

  Deep integration knowledge with SAP modules SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO and third-party systems.



• 
  

  Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP TM implementations (preferably on S/4HANA).



• 
  

  Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.



• 
  

  Previous experience in organizations with 10,000+ employees .

• 
  

  Design and configure SAP TM functional solutions in S/4HANA environments.



• 
  

  Translate business needs into well-documented, scalable SAP solutions.



• 
  

  Provide detailed functional specifications to technical and ABAP teams.



• 
  

  Configure and optimize transportation order management, planning, execution, freight invoicing, and settlement.



• 
  

  Support carrier collaboration processes through SAP LBN .



• 
  

  Deliver post-implementation support, resolve issues, and propose continuous improvements.

• 
  

  Conduct business requirements analysis and lead requirements-gathering workshops.



• 
  

  Design and deliver SAP TM solutions tailored to complex organizational needs.



• 
  

  Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration with SAP modules and external systems.



• 
  

  Support end users and ensure a smooth transition to new transportation management practices.



• 
  

  Produce necessary documentation (functional specifications, user guides, reports).



• 
  

  Assist stakeholders in adopting SAP TM solutions and drive continuous process improvement.

• 
  

  Experience in manufacturing, transportation, automotive, or aerospace industries.



• 
  

  Background working in international, multi-site organizations .



• 
  

  SAP TM certification .



• 
  

  Ability to thrive in dynamic, less-structured environments with extensive third-party collaboration.
