En tant que gestionnaire de compte , vous serez responsable d'un large éventail de tâches, notamment l'identification et la concrétisation d'opportunités de vente et de service dans la région de l'Quebec.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Recherche de clients potentiels grâce au suivi des prospects de l'entreprise, à l'historique des clients existants, aux sites d'appels d'offres, à l'actualité et à l'historique des contacts dans le secteur.
- Se rendre chez les clients afin d'entretenir et de renforcer les relations, et d'identifier leurs besoins spécifiques et les solutions potentielles.
- Travailler en collaboration avec le personnel commercial interne et les équipes d'assistance technique afin de garantir la soumission de devis rapides et précis.
- Élaborer des plans et des rapports commerciaux afin de gérer et de rendre compte des activités et des progrès commerciaux.
- Veiller à ce que les outils CRM soient mis à jour et révisés.
- Participer à toute formation ou certification connexe.
- Examiner les informations fournies par les fournisseurs sur les produits nouveaux ou mis à jour.
- Se tenir au courant des codes et normes NFPA, ULC et autres codes et normes locaux et nationaux.
- Se tenir au courant des actualités et des faits marquants du secteur.
- Participer à des salons et événements liés au secteur afin de promouvoir nos produits, services et solutions.
- Veiller à ce que les pratiques de travail sécuritaires soient respectées et à ce que le leadership en matière de sécurité soit démontré dans tous les aspects du travail.
- Soutenir les autres membres de l'équipe, y compris le personnel administratif, opérationnel et de terrain, dans la prestation sûre et efficace d'un service de qualité supérieure à nos clients.
Ce que vous apportez :

- Esprit d'équipe, n'hésitant pas à donner un coup de main ou à demander de l'aide.
- Intéressé et expérimenté dans le secteur des services de sécurité incendie et de sécurité des personnes.
- Au fait des tendances du marché, de la concurrence et des clients.
Qualifications :
- Expérience dans le secteur des services de sécurité incendie et de sécurité des personnes, complétée par un diplôme technique en sécurité incendie, sécurité ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience pertinente dans la vente de produits techniques ou dans la vente (ou le développement commercial) de solutions basées sur des produits/services.
- Connaissance des normes NFPA, ULC et autres codes et normes locaux et nationaux.
- La maîtrise des systèmes ERP et CRM informatisés serait un atout.
- Permis de conduire valide.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais serait un atout.
- REMARQUE : toutes les combinaisons de formation et d'expérience seront prises en considération.
- REMARQUE : les candidats qui passeront à l'étape suivante du processus de recrutement devront présenter un certificat de bonne conduite à jour.
La rémunération de base pour ce poste variera en fonction du niveau de compétences et d'expérience du candidat.

As our Account Manager , you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including identifying and securing sales and service opportunities in the Quebec region.
What You'll Do:
- Hunting for business through company lead follow-ups, existing customer history, tender sites, current events, and history of Industry contacts.
- Traveling to customer locations to maintain and strengthen relationships and identify their unique requirements and potential solutions.
- Working in conjunction with inside sales staff and technical support teams to ensure prompt and accurate quotes are submitted.
- Developing sales plans and reports to manage and report on sales activities and progress.
- Ensuring CRM tools are updated and reviewed.
- Taking part in any related training or certification courses.
- Reviewing information from suppliers on new or updated products.
- Staying up to date on NFPA, ULC and other local, national, codes and standards.
- Keeping up on Industry news and highlights.
- Participating in industry related trade shows and events to promote our products, services, and solutions.
- Ensuring safe work practices are followed safety leadership is demonstrated in all aspects of the job.
- Supporting other team members including administrative, operational, and field staff, in the safe, efficient delivery of superior service to our clients.
What You Bring:
- Highly motivated and focused, using their previous experience and industry knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets
- Attentive to the building relationships, both with current clients and new relationships in the industry.
- Comfortable communicating in a variety of situations whether it be on a job site, in a Teams call, presenting a product or at a trade show booth.
- Client focused with an emphasis on customer service that is etched into their work ethic
- Attentive to details in every aspect of the job from their technical knowledge to their use of CRM tools, and their sales pipeline management.
- Adaptable. Things can change quickly, and they don’t sweat the small stuff.
- A team player who has no issues lending a hand or asking for one.
- Keenly interested and experienced in fire and life safety services industry.
- Connected to market, competitor, and customer trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the fire and life safety services industry complimented by completion of a technical diploma in fire, safety or related field.
- Relevant experience in technical product sales or related sales (or business development) of product/service-based solutions.
- Knowledge of NFPA, ULC and other local, national, codes and standards.
- Familiarity with computerized ERP and CRM systems would be an asset.
- Valid drivers license.
- Bilingual English and French would be an asset.
- NOTE: All combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- NOTE: Candidates who advance through the hiring process will be required to submit a current Certificate of Conduct.
The base compensation for this position would vary on the level of skills and experience the candidate brings.
