Job Purpose:
The Brand Ambassador is the 'First Face' of the BMW 'brand experience'. This position represents the dealership supporting the Sales/Service department customer flow.
Job Duties:
- Greet and direct customers to their ultimate destination and/or purpose for visit
- Maintain appearance of the Sales and Service Customer Lounge throughout the day
- Support the Sales team by guiding customers from the Service Showroom to the New Vehicle and/or Certified Pre-Owned Showroom
- Support the Sales department with its customer flow
- Engage with customers to provide overview of our services, new and upcoming external dealership activity related to the customer experience
- Assist receptionist as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of related industry experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Professional appearance & friendly disposition
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadline
