Additionally, you'll take part in daily operations to uphold exceptional care standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical services like medication management and immunizations
- Monitor and adjust drug therapies for patient safety
- Counsel patients on prescriptions and health matters
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy practice regulations
- Assist in the execution of daily pharmacy operations
- Active license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Valid injection certification required
- Capability to function independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in patient-focused pharmacy settings
- Strong focus on regulatory compliance in practice
