Team Leader for Independent Lifestyles

Join Parkland C.L.A.S.S. as a Team Leader, directing service delivery for an adult male with developmental disabilities in Red Deer. This role, 15 hours per week, involves meal planning, household management, and personal development. As a Team Leader, you will support personal development goals while promoting independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include participating in meal planning, grocery shopping, and managing household chores and budgets. You will need three years of relevant experience and a two-year diploma in Human Services for this critical role in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service delivery to promote independence
- Participate in meal planning and preparation
- Assist with grocery shopping and household chores
- Maintain accurate documentation and budget management
- Support the individual in achieving development goals
- Two-year diploma in Human Services
- Three years of related field experience
- Knowledge of Indigenous culture is an asset
- Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
