We are growing our business in need of Business Plan Writers who can support our customer base within their #JourneyToCanada. In this role, you will be helping us to turn ideas and projections into concise and results-driven plans to present to our partners.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data to make detailed and thorough decisions. We are focused on providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve this goal.
Responsibilities
- Clearly and concisely summarize key areas of our target market, services, and competitive advantage to develop original business plans, by respecting the deadlines;
- Create projections with industry benchmarks, and show how our marketing and sales plan will allow us to successfully reach these numbers;
- Sync revenue projections with cash flow requirements, to ensure the business maintains healthy cash flow with funding;
- Compile the key industry metrics and trends that affect our business;
- Identify red flags in our business, recommend changes that will help minimize risks and highlight the strengths of the business.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of working experience with temporary visa applications;
- Ability to cross-communicate with different stakeholders across Canada;
- Must-have a well established existing network with a proven track record in the field;
- Previous experience in developing traditional business plans are required (Sample business plans will be asked upon application);
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to develop original business plans;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer service focused environment.
