The Sr Advisor Strategic Accounts role is accountable to drive revenue by growing ex-franchise strategic accounts and by maximizing the value of EGI assets through development and execution of short-term and long-term sales strategies. Apply today! #joinourteam

What You Will Do

• Responsible for key customer relations with Canadian and U.S. Utilities to achieve customer service excellence.

• Manage daily market transactions to achieve revenue goals.

• Responsible for analyzing data and trends to recommend optimal sales strategies for the Storage and Transportation (S&T) Sales group to act on to maximize revenue.

• Support Manager, S&T Sales in customer service activities related to the Ontario Power Market customers.

• Develop and maintain a collaborative and positive working relationship with various groups within Energy Services to assist in the development and implementation of revenue generation and customer service strategies.

• Collaborate closely with other groups in Energy Services on Energy Transition activities that impact S&T Sales customers.

• Provide updates on expected S&T Sales activity and collaborate on structures that would improve customer experience while optimizing internal efforts. Collaborate on sales activity/timing/structures to maximize revenues while ensuring adherence to internal and external policies and procedures.

Who You Are

You will have the following education and experience:

• Related university degree and 6+ years of directly related natural gas or energy industry experience. An equivalent combination of formal education and experience may be considered.

• Proven communication and relationship building skills; passion for customer service excellence.

• Strong business acuity including negotiating skills.

• Ability to inspire change and produce results.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills including team building and decision making.

• Previous sales and marketing experience is highly desired.

• Natural gas market knowledge is preferred.

• Familiarity with Enbridge Gas S&T customers and services is an asset.

• Experience in interacting with Enbridge Gas partners/customers is desired.

Working Conditions

Travel required 20% of time, including to Enbridge offices and non-Enbridge customer locations. Travel may be flexible to accommodate schedules and other commitments.
