: Seasonal Summer Painter
As a Summer Painter , you'll help enhance residential and commercial properties by delivering top-quality painting services . From surface preparation to applying paint and finishes , you'll gain real-world experience in the painting and home improvement industry while working alongside a friendly and professional team .
Position Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
Seasonal position: May - August
Outdoor and hands-on work with a supportive team
Key Responsibilities:
? Engage with clients professionally to ensure excellent customer service
? Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming, taping, etc.)
? Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
? Execute painting techniques with precision and attention to detail
? Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule
? Maintain a clean and organized work area
? Follow safety procedures and adhere to industry standards
? Transport equipment to job sites and ensure tools are properly maintained
Qualifications:
? No prior experience required - we provide full training!
? Hardworking, motivated, and eager to learn
? Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
? Reliable transportation to job sites
? Physical ability to lift equipment and perform manual tasks
? Positive attitude, professionalism, and great teamwork skills
