Topcon Enterprise Sales Manager - Canada

Topcon Healthcare

Drive sales in the Canadian market as an Enterprise Sales Manager at Topcon Healthcare. Leverage your skills in ophthalmology software and travel extensively to promote innovative solutions. In this senior role, you will enhance Topcon’s presence in ophthalmology and optometry by selling our software products across Canada. You will be responsible for direct sales and collaboration with authorized distributors while maintaining in-depth knowledge of both clinical and technical applications. Travel up to 50% is expected for territory coverage and national trade shows. Key Responsibilities:

Promote ophthalmology and optometry software products to clients
Develop relationships with authorized distributors within the territory
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to support sales efforts
Attend and represent Topcon at national trade shows
Engage in continuous learning about new advancements in the field

Requirements:

Proven sales experience with EMR, PACS, or capital equipment
Strong understanding of the sales process and ethical practices
Bachelor’s degree in technical science or business discipline preferred
Must reside within one hour of a major Canadian airport
Capability to lift 25-100 lbs during trade shows
