- Advise on application solutions and operations architecture
- Design IT solutions tailored to business needs
- Oversee policy and standards development
- Represent your unit in committees and decision bodies
- Analyze potential IT solutions and report critical issues
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum eight years' relevant experience
- Five years as a ServiceNow architect
- CIS-HRSD and CTA certifications from ServiceNow
- Proficiency in HRSD components and AI capabilities
