Bilingual Human Resources Director

Guide Buckland’s people operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico with English-Spanish communication and strong relationship-building skills. Travel is approximately 25%.This Human Resources Director leads department operations, supervises staff, and supports legal compliance across three jurisdictions. You will represent the organization, manage complex HR issues, and build solutions for employees at every level. The role also oversees projects, initiatives, and service-quality improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff, performance reviews, promotions, and transfersRepresent Buckland at events, conferences, and meetingsResolve complex issues through root-cause problem solvingManage crises while protecting organizational values and reputationMonitor service quality and efficiency through KPIsRequirements:
Strong English and Spanish communication skillsMinimum 10 years of human resource management experienceUnderstanding of employment legislation in Canada, USA, and MexicoExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsLegal eligibility to work for the companyUse bilingual HR leadership, sound judgment, and employee relations expertise to support Buckland’s people and operations.
