Canadian Human Resources Director

Lead RESA Power’s Canadian HR strategy across six provinces, combining HR leadership with complex employee relations and acquisitions. Travel supports Canadian operations.Reporting to the CHRO, the Director leads the Canadian HRBP team supporting approximately 600 employees. This senior leader aligns people practices with business priorities and Canadian employment requirements. The role spans unionized and non-union operations, organizational integration, talent planning, compensation, and employee matters.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the Canadian HR teamAdvise leaders on workforce planning and organizational structureExecute the Canadian HR plan and prioritiesLead acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integrationManage complex employee relations and investigationsRequirements:
Progressive HR leadership across multiple Canadian provincesKnowledge of Canadian employment requirements and union environmentsExperience leading acquisitions or integration activitiesExperience advising senior leaders on organizational changeRelevant degree or equivalent progressive HR experienceBring Canadian HR leadership, integration expertise, and sound employee-relations judgment to RESA Power’s growing operations.
