We are passionate about artisanal baking, exceptional coffee, and creating a welcoming space for our community.
Responsibilities
- Produce the highest quality products by following company recipe and procedures guidebooks
- Work collaboratively with all departments within Small Victory Bakery to meet store production requirements
- Take responsibility for quality and consistency reporting to Store Manager
- Follow daily priorities and task list set out by the Pastry Lead and Store Manager
- Follow documentation standards for wastage and inventory control
- Comply with company policies with regards to ordering, receiving and FIFO procedures.
- Follow health and safety regulations for food preparation
- Provide our team members and/or guests with thorough knowledge about all our menu items when needed
- Ensure daily production needs for the display case and retail products are a priority.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment. Participate in deep cleaning when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year pastry related experience in a similar capacity
- Food Safe Certification is an asset
