As the successful candidate, you will:

• • Preparing invites, coordinating with vendors, ordering food, recording and uploading video.
  • Helping event strategy managers with administrative support in preparing for conferences.
  • Supporting Nuclear with QMS email notifications and uploading documents.
  • Supporting and organizing Power BU proposal SharePoint site with collecting and updating information   to capture our most recent information in our capability sheets, CV’s and any other materials required to support proposals.
  • Formatting and helping with minor documentation such as CV’s, providing support to the proposal team.
  • Other administrative tasks as required 

You bring to the role:

• Enrolled in a college diploma

Compensation:

Range: $22.00 to $25.00
