Administrator Coverage for Sick/Vacation

We are accepting applications for a Casual Part Time (Vacation/Sick coverage with the opportunity to work a weekly 3:30-7:45 PM closing shift) at Physiohaus.
Physiohaus is a busy, patient-focused physiotherapy clinic seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant join our team. This role is ideally suited to someone with some schedule flexibility as it may involve some short term (sick) coverage.
Role Overview
- Coverage for vacation and sick time
- Opportunity for a consistent weekly evening shift ( 3:30–7:45 PM )
- Flexible hours, ideal for gaining experience or supplementing your schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients; provide excellent front desk support
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and emails
- Process payments direct bill insurance providers
- Assist with basic billing audits and accuracy checks
- Support clinicians with day-to-day administrative needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Comfortable using booking and billing software
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Jane App is an asset (training provided)
