$40k - $60k per yearAbout the Opportunity Provide administrative and legal support Draft, revise, proofread, and format legal correspondence and documentation Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and scheduled commitments Prepare, file, and serve legal documents in accordance with applicable procedures Open, maintain, and close client files (electronic and physical) Communicate with clients, and internal stakeholders in English and French Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgement Perform additional administrative duties as required About You Fluency in English and French, written and spoken Prior experience in a Legal Assistant or similar legal support role Strong document production, proofreading, and organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.) Professional communication style and strong client-service mindset Legal entitlement to work in Canada Nice to Have Law firm or professional services experience Familiarity with legal document management systems Pay Range $40,000 - $60,000 per year How to Apply Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
