Online Video Publisher Partnerships Manager

Lead online video publisher partnerships with Minute in Canada, combining consultative client support, account strategy, and performance-focused communication.This intermediate, full-time Publisher Account Manager role supports partners using Minute’s monetization solutions and online video player. You will own onboarding, account communications, upsell activity, and adoption of the platform. Collaboration spans the VP of Publisher Services, Business Development, Operations, and Business Intelligence.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular business reviews with publisher accountsDemonstrate upsell products and meet quarterly revenue goalsProactively discuss account optimization opportunities with clientsAdvocate partner requirements with internal Minute teamsRefine account management processes with Publisher ServicesRequirements:
Five-plus years of sales or account management experiencePublisher, SSP, DSP, or similar industry background preferredStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysisProfessional communication across organizational levelsAbility to troubleshoot technical issues independentlyApply online video and publisher partnership expertise to strengthen client performance, product adoption, and revenue through Minute’s platform.
