Cruise Partner Success Manager

Plusgrade Inc.

Own cruise line partnerships from Montreal or Miami, applying analytics and relationship management to support account growth and shared results.

As a Partner Success Manager at Plusgrade, you will manage a portfolio of cruise line partners. You will understand partner priorities, analyze performance, and coordinate Plusgrade teams through a matrix-based approach. The work includes strategic account development, revenue forecasting, technical training, and program enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Own a portfolio of cruise line partners
Serve as primary contact for performance insights and projects
Analyze historical and forecast revenue drivers
Create joint action plans supporting account growth
Coordinate teams around partner goals and operational oversight

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least three years in product, account, brand, marketing, or client success
Travel industry experience, ideally with cruise lines
Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Bring cruise industry knowledge, revenue analysis, and partner leadership to Plusgrade's growing global travel technology business.
