Marketing & Communications Expert for Progressive Insurance Company

Transform brand narratives as a Marketing & Communications Expert. Spearhead strategic communications that resonate with audiences and enhance stakeholder engagement. This role calls for an individual with a strong background in communications within the insurance sector. You will develop, execute, and measure marketing and communications strategies to align with business goals. With at least 4 years of experience, you will write compelling materials and manage cross-department projects while driving employee and broker engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Develop compelling content for various marketing platforms
Create strategic communication plans to guide initiatives
Set measurable objectives to gauge campaign effectiveness
Oversee project management of marketing strategies
Provide expert advice for ad hoc marketing requests

Requirements:

Degree or certification in marketing or communications
Minimum of 3 years experience in strategic roles
4 years in internal/external communications
Background in P&C insurance and B2B marketing
Skilled in content creation for multiple mediums
