Expert Marketing Client chez Fondaction

Dans ce poste de conseiller principal, vous interagirez avec les équipes pour transformer les données clients en stratégies d'acquisition pertinentes. Vous élaborerez des cadres de connaissance client qui renforceront la culture centrée sur les besoins des clients. Votre mission sera de définir des objectifs marketing et de coordonner les initiatives avec influence et leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Élaborer des stratégies d'acquisition B2C et B2B2C
- Analyser besoins et comportements des clients
- Concevoir des parcours clients distincts et personnalisés
- Intégrer des technologies numériques dans les stratégies marketing
- Recommander des priorités d'initiatives et investissements marketing
- Baccalauréat en marketing ou domaine connexe
- Dix ans d'expérience en marketing pertinent
- Excellente connaissance des parcours clients et segmentation
- Expertise en intelligence d’affaires et analytique
- Maîtrise du français et connaissance de l'anglais
