Job Responsibility:
This role requires a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced leader in this position, you will play a key role in overseeing many aspects of our business. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our customers and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. Shift Leaders will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee all front-of-house operations for both London sites
· Move inventory from manufacture to retail shops in London
· Working supervisor, serving ice cream
· Financial responsibilities
· Handle all sick calls for staffing and get replacement staff in
· Update sling with any changes in staff hours
· Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service
· Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
· Maintain quality control for all food served
· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience
· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
· Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
· Work closely with the head chef to determine front-of-house needs, new products/flavours
· Ordering of front of house inventory
· Follow up on safety concerns, incident reports
· Collaborating with social media lead for content
· Assign other duties
Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications
· A high school diploma is required
· Work experience in supervisory or leadership in the hospitality industry
· Strong working knowledge of food and beverage standards
· Ability to use different technologies and applications
· Ability to lift 25lbs
· Exceptional problem-solving skills
· Strong leadership skills
· Decisive and critical thinker
· Flexible availability
