Remote Nurse Practitioner for Northern Communities

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for remote assignments lasting 2–6 weeks. You will provide comprehensive nursing services in team-based environments, supporting diverse client needs—from newborns to elders. Engage in health promotion, utilize advanced clinical skills, and ensure client safety and comfort at all times. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary and emergency care in health clinics
- Assess client needs with individualized care plans
- Lead health promotion and education initiatives
- Develop care plans and manage communicable diseases
- Ensure client comfort and safety during care
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Canada
- 1,125–3,000 hours of recent NP experience
- Willingness to obtain provincial nursing licenses
- Commitment to continued professional development
